We'll use breathing tools, a proven tool for regulating the autonomic nervous system. Deep, conscious breathing reduces cortisol levels (the stress hormone), supports emotional clarity, and increases feelings of safety and inner calm. That’s why we begin with release and acceptance—making space for your system to soften and open.
Confidence doesn’t begin in the mind—it begins in the body. Research into interoception (your internal sense of self-awareness) shows that when you’re tuned in to your own sensations and needs, your decisions become clearer and more empowered. This week helps you reconnect with that deep internal knowing.
Practicing gratitude has been scientifically shown to increase dopamine and serotonin—two brain chemicals linked with feelings of happiness, motivation, and emotional well-being. Gratitude isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s a daily practice that builds emotional resilience and softens inner criticism.
